At TrendMela.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick assistance.
